Description
This is a cover plate/biscuit bridge set, laser cut from solid padauk, meant for use with the 5.5-inch "Lightning" resonator cones by Charles Atchison.
Cover Plate: Cut from solid 1/8" thick padauk panels, and laser-cut & engraved with a nice radial teardrop design. The outer diameter is just over 5 1/2", and they have 8 holes for mounting screws (not included). The inner circle opening is 2 1/8"
Biscuit Bridge: These biscuit bridges are 1 1/2" in diameter and the wood portion is 1/4" thick. Overall height with the 5/16" x 1 1/2" threaded rod in place is 0.512 inches. These bridges are acoustic, but you could embed a disk or rod piezo in them if you want to electrify.
