Wheat Penny Coin Illustrated 5-inch Paint Can Lid - Cigar Box Guitar Resonator

Beautifully decorated with the imagery of the reverse (back side) of the classic United States "wheat penny" one-cent coin, these resonator paint can lids were designed specifically for cigar box guitars!

What better to use as a resonator in a cigar box guitar than a repurposed paint can lid?  Not only does it deliver the convincing metallic dobro sound, but it's also thin enough to be used on almost any build.  No deep routing is needed!

These paint can lids make great resonator inserts for cigar box guitars! These are sturdy, new metal lids with an outer rim that allows them to be seated cleanly down into an appropriately-sized hole. The graphics are printed directly onto the metal surface using durable UV-cured ink. We print these here in the C. B. Gitty workshop, and the lids themselves are also proudly Made in the USA.
