Description
This is a super-affordable wiring harness for your cigar box guitar or other homemade instrument build. It includes full-size 500KOhm volume and tone pots (.047uF capacitor on the tone), a standard output jack, and leads. 500KOhm pots are often used with humbucker pickups, but there are no hard-and-fast rules.
The lead with the two wires connects to your pickup (the bare wire is ground and the white insulated wire is positive), and the single wire is for attaching to any shielding or for grounding the circuit to the strings via a metal bridge or tailpiece. Washers and nuts for mounting are included.
