12pc. Aluminum Can Top Sound Hole Covers

This is a pack of twelve (12) new, unused and unopened aluminum can tops, perfect for use as sound hole covers/inserts on cigar box guitars! 

You may be thinking to yourself "well heck I can just get one of these from my own can"... well, have you ever tried? These came from the factory and have never been attached to a can, so the rims are nice and smooth and clean. In our experience, trying to get one of these tops off of a standard can in any sort of decent shape is nearly impossible, and a good way to slice up your hands.

To mount these, just use a 2-inch Forstner, spade bit or hole saw to make a hole for them, and then hot glue from the back to hold them in place! They are a great accent piece for all sorts of instruments and crafts, and they can be spray painted or otherwise decorated as desired. They come with a nice anodized blue pop tab, and are all unopened - either "pop the tab" yourself or leave it for your customers to do! The outside diameter of these is just a hair under 2 3/8", and as mentioned above they fit nicely in a 2-inch hole. Total depth is about 1/4".
