We do our best to accurately describe each product in the product description, as well as accurately describe all aspects of our business transaction with you. While we can guarantee our products, we cannot guarantee that use of them will be free from mishap. See our returns policy below for more information.
Backorders and Out of Stock Items
We do our best to keep our products in stock, but sometimes it is not possible. When items are out of stock, we do our best to mark them as such so that you don't inadvertently buy something that is backordered. In the event that you do make a purchase of an item that is out of stock, we will promptly notify you and refund that portion of your total purchase price. We do not at this time handle backorders.
Any delivery time frames shown on this site for USPS Priority Mail or any other service are ESTIMATES only. We do not guarantee delivery times. During busy times of the year, such as the lead up to Christmas, delivery may take longer than normal. This is beyond our control.
There are certain rare cases where free shipping will not apply, even if the shopping cart indicates that it does. One such case is where the majority of the order is made up by a gift certificate in value of $50 or more. Other cases would be large, bulky packages that would be very expensive to send to the specified address. If additional shipping funds are required, we will contact you before shipment to make arrangements. We offer, with some restrictions, free shipping on many international orders that meet certain thresholds ($200 for Canada, $275 for Europe, $350 for the rest of the world). However, we may not be able to fulfill free shipping on every order that meets these thresholds. Large/heavy orders (containing large numbers of empty cigar boxes, kits or necks) are very expensive to ship and we can't guarantee that we'll be able to ship every one of these for free.
International Buyers, please be aware that we cannot and will not falsify shipment values to try to avoid customs duties. Customs duties are simply a fact of life when it comes to international commerce, and you need to factor that into your total cost when deciding to make a purchase. Our policy is to declare the actual purchase price of the order, less the shipping cost.
We will refund the purchase price or replace the item upon return of the original shipment to us, if the items are returned within 30 days of having been received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to dealing with our customers the same way we want to be dealt with when we buy something online. Please note that certain products, such as electronic media, are not eligible for returns, due to their easily reproducable nature. Also, for certain items there may be a restocking fee (up to 20% of original price) assessed to recoup some of the costs of shipping and the time it takes to correct any issues that arrise from shipping, and to repackage products and relist items on our site(s).
We will not sell or misuse any of the information you enter as part of your purchase/checkout. We value your online privacy as much as we value our own. If you pay via PayPal, your financial/credit card information is never entered on our site, and PayPal does not provide it to us. If you choose to enter credit card information, know that we process the charge manually and then delete your information, so that it is not stored long-term on our server. Also, you can always place your order online and then phone in a credit card for payment.
