Violin Neck & Fingerboard Combo - Maple and Ebony

This is a pre-glued BLANK of a full-scale (4/4) maple violin neck with ebony fingerboard, ready for sanding and fitting. As a blank, these come as semi-rough and may have scuffs, small chips and such that need to be sanded and smoothed away. The peg holes are pre-drilled but will need to be reamed out using a specially tapered reamer (such as this one we sell) to get the pegs to fit properly.

The overall length of the neck/fingerboard is just under 15 inches, and the fingerboard itself is ~14.75 inches from the inside/neck edge of the nut. The fingerboard is radiused and tapered, with the width going from 1 inch at the nut to ~1.75 inches at the body end.

PLEASE NOTE these are blanks and basic-grade parts, so if you require absolute perfection for your modern-day Stradivarius, you should seek out higher-dollar alternatives! Does NOT come with instructions on how to use.
