Laser Engraved Tailpieces for Cigar Box Guitars - Choose Design and String Configuration

Laser-engraved tailpieces really add a special finishing touch to a fine cigar box guitar!

These stainless steel tailpieces were designed specifically for use on 3 and 4-string CBGs. Available in a range of elegant laser-engraved designs, they feature 3 (or 4) evenly spaced string holes and pre-formed mounting holes, making them even easier to make use of on a cigar box guitar. Just bend to the desired angle, put in 3 screws and you're on your way.

These pieces are laser-cut from solid 0.030-inch thick 304 stainless steel sheet, a process that yields nice smooth edges and clean semi-satin surfaces. We then hand-polish each one to a light "brushed" surface, then load them into our special laser engraver to render beautiful original designs that are permanently annealed into the metal surface. While some additional light polishing could be done, please note that excessive abrasion may weaken the blackness of the markings.

Mounting screws are included with most varieties. These are designed to work with ball-end strings.
