Hard Times Make Great Music 2-inch Engraved Stainless Guitar slide

Here's one of our favorite designs, featuring the great motto "Hard Times Make Great Music" and original CBG art by Farley Andresen... what could be better for grinding out some slide blues?

These slides are produced in very small batches of no more than two at a time, in a time-intensive process (see above) - which explains why they are priced at a premium - but guitar connoisseurs know the value of UNIQUE and DISTINCTIVE accessories such as these! We ship them in a protective cardboard tube, along with a piece of adhesive moleskin that you can cut into strips and stick inside the slide (on the bottom side, opposite the etched design) to size it to your finger. The design is annealed into the metal using a special laser process, which causes a chemical change that creates a permanent, durable mark without changing the texture of the surface (no bumps or indentations). The design is quite durable and should stand up to many years of use.

Dimensions: ~1-inch outside diameter, ~0.83-inch inside diameter (use included moleskin to size it to your finger), and is 2.75 inches long. They are made from high-quality stainless steel.

Please note: the primary listing photo shows two different angles, so you can see the full design. This listing is for a single slide.
