Description
These are classic-style adjustable bridges for electric guitars, cigar box guitars and more. These bridges mount right to the top of the guitar via the included mounting screws, and each string's individual saddle piece can be adjusted in and out with the included allen wrench, allowing you do exactly dial in the correct intonation for each string. These are sturdy, solid metal parts great for repair work or new builds. These are top-loading bridges (the strings do not go through the instrument body). Mounting screws are included.
The dimensions of the bridge plate are 2 3/4" by 1 1/2" (70mm x 38mm). Spacing from string 1 to string 6 is 2" (51.5mm), with spacing between strings being 3/8" (10mm). Mounting screw hole spacing center to center is 13/16" (20mm).

Pictures are of my double neck cigar box guitar entry. All wood components were handcrafted by myself. The 6 string neck is made from teak wood with a maple fret board. This neck has a 2 way adjustable truss rod. 3 string neck is made from mahogany and maple. This has a 1/8" x 1/2" steel reinforcement rod, and a handmade maple and walnut fret board. Pick ups are mini- humbuckers. Oliva cigar box with electronics box made from an additional cigar box. Handcrafted curved leg rest made from laminated walnut. Entry from Mike Barton, Tulsa OK.

This Cigar Box Guitar was designed and built by Luthier Jeff Mello for Microwave Dave to perform with at the 19th Annual Cigar Box Guitar Festival in Huntsville, AL. The cigar box has been reinforced as a solid-body electric guitar. The 25” scale, 1.5” wide 3-string neck is crafted with locally harvested Maple wood and features Walnut inlay on the fretboard. The headstock features a nuclear symbol inlay of abalone. The side fretboard ‘Roadrunner’ inlay markers are crafted from Wenge wood. The 6-string neck is 2 inches wide at the nut and was constructed by Big Lou Guitar Necks in California and embellished with abalone inlay by Jeff Mello at The Cigar Box Guitar Store. The electronics mimic that of a Gibson Les Paul with P-90 pickups of 8.1k-ohms at the neck and 9.87k-ohms at the Bridge. Sprague .022uF and .015uF “Orange Drop” capacitors were installed on the Bourns 500k-ohms tone control potentiometers for the bridge and neck pickups respectively. There is a single coil, 6.5k ohm ‘ghost’ pickup positioned at the 3-string neck beneath the pickguard. A 5-position toggle switch allows for individual or blended pickup selection. The wiring has been shielded and the strings have been grounded to minimize 60Hz hum. The custom pickguard was inspired by the original Amana Radarange microwave oven.

Built this with the help of my friend, Doug, and have taken it on adventure off-road motorcycle rides, sailboats in Greece, and pub jams in Ireland. Adding the switchable single-coil and piezo pickups, it can really holler if it has to I'm not a luthier; so blur your eyes at the craftsmanship. But it's a helluva lot of fun to play, and that's what matters. Oh, and the tiger emblem is my old junior high cufflink from Japan.

Re-LapZ B-Bender Kit (Original) - get pedal steel guitar sounds!
I was wanting a B Bender guitar. After research, found that they are rather expensive. As I build custom guitars for myself, I'm not skilled enough to do it the original way. I started researching palm benders. Still a few I seen was steep priced until I landed on a video talking about the RePapZ palm bender. As soon as I finished the video, I headed over to C.B. Gittys website. I was amazed how affordable it was. I was currently working on a project & decided to do a top load bridge just so I can try this product out. I ordered it. It was delivered in 2 days. Easy installation. After I got it dialed in, I was very satisfied with the bender. Ordered .16 guage strings as well. Figured a thicker B string would work better. Thank you C.B. Gitty & ReLapZ for offering a well made affordable part. Made in the USA as well . Will be doing more business with Gitty in the future with other projects.

I built this project for my grandson.. He was involved in a severe auto accident 2 years ago and was not expected to survive he suffered severe brain trauma. He has jus started to relearn to walk. He was an up and coming christian guitarist. At 21 he has regained almost all cognitive function. His vision was effected. He is a miracle. My hope is that this will start his guitar recovery.
